HOTEL DESIGN

Working with SP Architects´ team: Design the new Senior Hotel, located in Chia - Cund. / Colombia

In this project, ALEXANDRA ROZO advises on architectural design and creates the interior design over 12.500 M2.

Vivalti Club is a project of permanent and temporary senior residences and the residential complex is made up of 2 volumes: One designed for independent people and the other for people who require permanent assistance.

The apartments were designed according to the needs of the elderly people and the first floor was exclusively intended to the residents' social areas.

Outside, thematic common spaces were designed for development of outdoor activities, and as indoors, with the aim of creating special environments for each group of people, the spaces for independent adults were kept separate from those that require special care and constant accompaniment.
