"The first impression is what counts" and that was the objective of this project: Redesign the access, lobby and administration office of a multi-family residence, so that people could feel a great experience crossing these spaces.

The main volume was cleaned and transformed into a larger and comfortable space with two rest areas: The administration and services office were moved to the second volume (the smallest one) that had used as a garbage room, just on the main vehicular access.

Larger windows were opened to integrate with the exterior gardens, achieving not only an illuminated, functional and aesthetic space, but also enhancing the existing architecture.
